You’ll need to bring your personal items and furniture, along with any appliances not specified in your plan. You’ll also need to organise window coverings such as curtains or blinds, and if you’d like a hand, we can connect you with trusted suppliers.

What deposit do I need?

To secure your Turn Key home with Mike Greer Homes, we require a deposit of up to 10%. This deposit is held safely in our lawyer's trust account. The remaining balance is paid when you take ownership of your home, at settlement. Your lender may have separate requirements for loan pre-approval which they (or your mortgage broker) can talk you through.

How long does a build take?

Timelines vary depending on the consent process and build schedules. Once we’ve got consents granted, builds typically take 18–22 weeks. You will receive a clear timeline of the build process before we break ground.
