Step 1: Choose
Explore our Turn Key homes and find one that suits your budget, location and wishlist.
Step 2: Sign
Review the Sale and Purchase Agreement, then sign the contract to lock in your new home.
Step 3: Confirm
Complete your due diligence, including finance and legal checks, so your agreement can go unconditional.
Step 4: Build
We keep your build on track and keep you in the loop, while you confirm key interior selections if timing allows.
Step 5: Move In
Once settlement is complete, we carry out final checks, hand over the keys, and welcome you home.
