Home and Land
Consultation
If you are looking for a Home and Land or Turn Key package, the first step is to meet with one of our Sales Consultants to discuss your requirements in terms of location, floor area and budget.
Once your brief has been defined, our Sales Consultants will work with you to select and view all relevant Homes for Sale offered by Mike Greer Homes. This will include all potential Turn Key and Home and Land packages to determine the best new home option for your situation.
Our Turn Key packages are fully inclusive of appliances, floor coverings, fencing, driveways and landscaping, so there are no hidden costs. A Turn key home is an all inclusive package that only requires a deposit from 10%, pay nothing more until you move in. Home and Land packages involve you purchasing the land off Mike Greer Homes and entering into a Master Build agreement for the construction of the home. We can help you discern the best choice so that you are fully informed and making the most of your finances.
Contract
Once you have selected your new home and agreed a sales price you will enter into a Registered Master Builder approved contract. This will detail the timeframes and finance structure related to your purchase, depending on whether it is a Turn Key or Progress Payment package.
The team at Mike Greer Homes can assist with the arrangement of mortgage finance up to 90%, and can give you advice and insights related to KiwiSaver and Homestart packages.
Construction
Depending on the stage of your chosen package, at this point you may be involved in specifying the finishing touches to your new home.
Our Sales Consultants will guide you through this entire process, assisting with the specification of fixtures, fittings and finishings as required. Mike Greer Homes partners with leading industry suppliers so you benefit from a great selection of products from reputable brands.

Completion
Once construction has finished and a Code of Compliance has been issued, you can move into your completed home.
The Mike Greer Homes team will ensure you are settled, present you with a gift basket, and formally advise you of our After Sales Care programme so you can organise to meet the Mike Greer Homes Foreman on-site for post-build quality checks.
Checks and Maintenance
Your home benefits from the Master Build 10 Year Guarantee, plus the Mike Greer Homes 12 month After Sales Care Programme, so you can rest easy knowing that the construction workmanship and attention to detail on your home is our priority.
We will meet with you on-site to walk through your home, logging all concerns and remedial requirements for our Maintenance team to address and resolve.
