Rising inflation and high interest rates have resulted in an economic downturn that has forced many businesses like ours to cut costs to remain in business. Mike Greer Homes has retained all and increased their staff levels, instead opting for a work-smarter approach to doing business. The economic and social crisis has, unfortunately, increased the need for corporate giving. Local nonprofits and food banks now struggle to keep up with the growing demand for basic services. 

Mike Greer Homes has a quiet, subtle approach to corporate philanthropy; we are not into flashy, external-facing corporate statements centered on newsworthy issues. As a compassionate business, we realize that the economic fears keeping us up at night are also affecting our employees on a personal level.
